HEY! It's always great to share my art with students...of all ages! This appearance was at Rosenow Elementary School in Fond du Lac, WI. It took place over a two week period in October 2008. The school has a theme about being a "star", so it was decided that it would be appropriate for the students to create paper mache' stars... I pre-bent 36 smaller size stars (about 20 inches tall) out of fence wire, two for each class. I also created one larger size (about 5 foot tall) star for all the students to work on. The photos here show some of the action. I had my 'hands full' during many of the class sessions, so I didn't get to snap as many photos as would have liked. BIG THANKS to Principal Sara Austin, and art teachers Diane and Maureen. Thanks for letting me come in and make a mess!
